Refund & Exchange Policy
The Bali Life Refund & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and have a proven fault ie; items is faulty, wrongly described or doesn't do what it's supposed to that renders it unusable after the agreed transaction. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with details of your purchase.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not refund or exchange due to change of mind
However, if you are not completely satisfied please contact us immediately or within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is to be paid by consumer.
Missing or damaged Goods
The Bali Life will not be held liable for any items that go missing or are damaged upon being received by the customer. The appropriate carrier will need to be notified to follow up with for compensation by the consumer.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
